We are Crazy for Canning!

Spend a day canning the best of summer fruits; Strawberries, Blueberries and Tomatoes!

Let’s get saucy, shall we? We are making Roasted Ranchero Sauce, a classic go-to Tex-Mex staple. Great for Enchiladas, Huevos Rancheros or just with chips. You will love the Strawberry and Blueberry versions of Jam, utilizing fresh summer basil and local culinary lavender.

As always for our workshops, we will be serving a light lunch to keep you going. There may or may not be some homemade biscuits to sample our jams with! Everyone goes home with the fruits of our labor.
