This is a Dinner Event! Sibby will be firing up the old wood fired pizza oven at the Main Residence of Mystic Sky Ranch. We will have a dazzling array of pizza toppings and fresh dough ready for forming, topping and sliding in the 800º+ wood fire! Sibby will share her recipe for making the easiest pizza dough, with tips and advice for pulling off a fun pizza party at home, whether you have a pizza oven or not. Come, enjoy an enchanting spring afternoon in the gorgeous Tuscany in Texas setting by the oven. Bring your own wine but we will have some great things to taste as well as a surprise dessert!
Ingredients: Think grilled sausages, meatballs, pancetta, fig jam, roasted pears, garlic cream, slow oven roasted tomatoes, arugula pesto, bacon jam, fresh mozzarella, caramelized onions, grilled asparagus and more!
