You can can! Capture summer in a jar. This workshop will cover basic knowledge of safely canning and preserving using the water bath method. We will make preserves and salsas using seasonal local produce. This is a hands on class and guests will take home samples to share.
These jams and salsas make great gifts (if you can part with them!) If not put them away for a rainy day…
