Menu: 

Chocolate covered strawberries and Macarons. Let’s scale down the meaning of “difficult” with the art of balance; from tempering chocolate to folding your macaron mixture properly. You’ll learn the best tips to perfect your macaron batters by taking on master methods of how to make meringue and properly fold it into your dry mix. Learn how to make classic French Chocolate pots de creme (aka:, silky, decadent grown up pudding cups). With just a few simple ingredients this dessert has the dreamiest texture and can be made in advance.

When class is over, students enjoy a light lunch and savor over the specialties they created. Printed recipes provided after class.
