Whether you’re a passionate foodie or a beginner, learn to make a multi-course Greek meal from scratch. Greek food is a cornerstone of the Mediterranean diet, characterized by fresh seasonal ingredients, liberal use of olive oil, vibrant herbs & bright citrus flavors. Common staples include feta cheese, lemon, yogurt, tomatoes, nuts and olives.

If olive oil sizzling in the pan, oregano on everything and a table full of sweet and savory dishes meant to be shared is your jam, this hands on class is for you.
