Meet Chef Gabriel of the Culinary Institute of America (lived in Vietnam) who finds joy in the kitchen and sharing what he’s learned!

The food is one of the best things about travelling to Vietnam; exotic, fresh, spicy and light. It captivates through its refreshing flavors, varied textures and vibrant colors. In this hands on class you’ll learn about fundamental techniques and ingredients behind some treasured authentic dishes to recreate at home.

  • Fresh Salad Rolls – Prawn and pork salad rolls with peanut dipping sauce
  • Black Pepper Chicken Wings – Grilled chicken wings with a Phu Quoc black pepper glaze
  • Banana Blossom Salad – Shaved banana blossom with rare beef in lime dressing.
  • Shaking Beef – Cubes of tender steak stir-fried with peppers and onion in sweet and savory sauce
  • Bun Cha – Rice noodles with lemongrass scented pork and fresh herbs
