You’ll be making a Chocolate Gingerbread Roulade Cake, filled with a Cream Cheese filling of your choice. We will frost logs with Buttercream and decorate with Meringue Mushrooms, Chocolate Bark and Chocolate Leaves. You’ll learn horizontal and a vertical stripe technique—a log or a stump!
Yummy lunch midway through the class to keep up your energy! Box up your creation to take home and show off!
