Indulge your senses with this five-course, farm-to-table food and wine experience with Chef John Cain, Cains Fine Catering. Start your experience with a welcome glass of bubbly. Take your seat in our Open Air Event Barn for a guided culinary journey of seasonal delights. Savor the flavors of each course while enjoying wine pairings, interacting with our team, who will offer an in-depth look at wines and the stories behind them.

Light pollution increasingly threatens not only our view of the Night Sky as the population of the Texas Hill Country increase so rapidly, but it also harms almost all wildlife, including birds, and damages human health. Learning how to use light responsibly – and why it matters – makes light pollution one of the easiest environmental problems to solve.

- Can you make special accommodations for dietary restrictions?
When purchasing tickets please note dietary restrictions or allergens our team should be aware of 7 days in advance. We offer a pasta dish in lieu of meat entrée. Our team will work as hard as possible to accommodate you as our guest. - Do you allow smoking?
While this event is enjoyed in the great outdoors, we ask guests to please refrain from smoking. Dangerous drought conditions! - Are children or guests under 21 allowed?
No. Our farm-to-table events are for adults 21+ only. - What about the weather?
We offer guests an al fresco dining experience and a chance to soak up nature while dining in our spacious covered event barn. Weather dependent we have fans and heat lamps As you will be outside on a ranch, appropriate footwear is also recommended.
