About This Class:
Join Chef Ashley at Southern with a French Twist in An Evening in Paris cooking class.
Enjoy an evening of Parisian bistro food at the beautiful Mystic Sky Ranch in the Texas Hill Country. Together we will be making and dining on classic French bistro favorites. This is a hands on cooking class with instruction from Chef Ashley. Students will leave with recipes, tips and tricks, and confidence in creating a Parisian bistro meal in their own homes with guests around their table! This class is BYOB. Class will be from 4pm – 8pm.
Class menu:
- Gruyere gougeres
- Mixed green salad with French vinaigrette and herbed goat cheese coins
- French onion soup
- Croque monsieur sandwiches
- Almond financiers
Arrive 15 minutes early to sign a waiver. Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please tie back long hair. wear closed toe flat comfortable shoes.
If you cannot attend a scheduled class, we encourage you to send someone in your place. Cancellations must be received 10 days prior to start time of the event in order to receive a refund. A cancellation fee of $45.00 will be deducted from total amount to be reimbursed.
