Noshing with Swig Cheese Haus and Salumeria
Learn the art of creating a masterful charcuterie board for family guests just in time for the holidays.
A rep from The Salumeria will discuss three Dry cured meats and characteristics of why they are perfect for putting on a board.
We will begin by tasting three cheeses accompanied by a 2oz pour of wine to complement each and will discuss each cheese and how it pairs with charcuterie and other accoutrements on the board. Guests will give given 3 meats, 3 Cheeses, and accoutrements to build a mini board to take home. Guest will have the opportunity to purchase products. 2pm to 6pm $150.00 per person
