Policies – Lodging
Check-in time is 3:00pm – Check-out time is 12:00pm.
If you need late check out, please ask. On days when we have back-to-back rentals, if you have not vacated your room (s) by 12:45PM you will be charges for an additional full day rate. This includes being on the property, in the pool, etc.
There is a two-night minimum stay for all Casitas.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE AT MYSTIC SKY RANCH, INCLUDED IN THE CASITAS.
Reservations for Confirming Lodging
Payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Cielo Vista – Maximum capacity two
- Estrella Lejana – Maximum Capacity two
- Sol Naciente – Maximum capacity two (unless paying extra $45.00 per night fee for linens for queen sofa sleeper then Maximum capacity changes to four.
- Bella Luna – VIP/ King Bed: Maximum capacity, Four
*There is an additional charge of $45 for up to two additional guests per night.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits/payments will be refunded when cancelation notice is received at least 14 days prior to event date or lodging date.
A $45.00 cancellation fee per refund will be charged for refund transactions. If you would like to come another time and lose no value, ask and we will hold a credit for you to use at another time. Cancellations received 13 days or less, no refund will be available. Refunds made by check.
Weather Cancellations and Emergency Cancellation of Events
We cannot issue credits or refunds for weather related incidents if we are open and the majority of our staff and guests make it here.
We cannot issue refunds, credits or rescheduling for lodging, classes or events that are cancelled due to your medical or family emergencies.
