DESCRIPTION:About This Class: \nWhen:\nSaturday\, April 22\, 2023 10 am-3 pm\nWine Down from 3 pm-4 pm \nJoin Darla Buckner Harper’s Yoga Workshop: Stretching\, Balancing and Strengthening. \n$75 Early Bird\, $95 after April 1 Space limited but if you see this as sold out\, please email and get on a the wait list as cancellations do happen! \nOur theme is Stretching\, Balancing and Strengthening. These are all subjects people tend to request and are a must in order to have a well-rounded practice. You will be able to leave with a yoga sequence to practice on your own when you can’t make it to a class. We hope you will all be able to join us for this special Earth Day practice. \nAs always\, we will be serving a light lunch by Sibby Barrett of Onion Creek Kitchens. Also included\, if you’d like to join us\, is our “Wine Down” from 3 pm-4 pm with light appetizers and wine. \nWear comfortable\, loose clothing in layers to be ready for anything. Weather permitting we may be practicing in The Barn or inside the Dining Room. Please bring what you have\, yoga mat\, blocks\, straps and blankets. We will have some of these on hand if you do not have them. Please don’t use lotions\, perfumes\, sprays or hair products that contain “perfume” “parfum” or “fragrance” prior to class. Even if you think it’s a “natural” product\, read the label\, if it uses one of those words\, it is not natural. Essential Oils in small quantities are fine. We will all breathe better!
